CraftSessionId	Craft relies on PHP sessions to maintain sessions across web requests. That is done via the PHP session cookie. ParentPay

Parent Pay is our cashless payment system. We collect payments for meals, trips, stationary and more via ParentPay.

How do I sign up?

You will have received an activation letter that includes your username and password from us, please get in touch if you have not received this.
Follow the link here: ParentPay.
Type in the username and password provided in the activation letter. Be sure not to confuse the letter 'l' (for lima) with '1' (one) or the number '0' (zero) with the letter 'o' (for Oscar).
Confirm the details for your child(ren) are correct.

What if I am still struggling?

If you would like support with using ParentPay, have a look at their knowledge base that includes helpful videos and written resources guiding you through every step.

Should you require support with accessing ParentPay or support not covered in the knowledge base, please contact the academy and our admin team will be available to support you.

ParentPay are looking to launch an app in the near future. Please take care not to download any fraudulent apps claiming to be ParentPay.
